Beth Zulinke Dames brings 27 years-plus experience in interior design to the Eckl’s Team. Working in concert with Eckl’s Owner Jim Cornell, The Eckl’s@Larkin project marks her commercial design debut.
With a background in Psychology, Art Therapy and Art History, Beth's clients have ranged from celebrity's such as Peter Max in Manhattan, NY to exclusive clients nationwide. Her years of international travel have shaped her depth and insight of cultures, textiles, history, and color-use. Beth's extraordinary ability to mix color, patterns, textures, and fine art have given her clients elegantly comfortable and pedigreed homes. She would describe her style as Classic and Timeless, with Edge.
Eckl's@Larkin is emblematic of her design philosophy fused into restaurant space. Using plush, elegant, textured fabrics; she fuses the feel of classic but emergingly Fresh Buffalo through the use of raised cherry paneling, coffered ceilings with antiqued copper tiles, rock crystal chandeliers, faux snakeskin, animal print fabrics in a rich color palette, an extensive hammered copper bar, and a swath of silk drapes all help whisper seduction and comfort into the 7,000 sq. ft. restaurant.
