Born and bred in Western New York, Chef Andrew Marino began his culinary career in Pittsburgh after graduating from that city's Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. During his tenure there, Andrew's experiences were highlighted by five-star catering operations with local celebrity chef Rania Harris of Rania's Catering, a Steel City favorite. A classically trained oil painter and world traveler, Andrew also brings with him a strong foundation of international cuisine and a flair for Mediterranean. To create a lasting and memorable dining experience for guests, Andrew equates that of a symphony. "From the choice of food ingredients, preparation, and presentation, to the service and collaborating drink, to the atmosphere down to the feel of your chair, and everything else in between, it is like conducting a symphony for the guest.
